What are the steps to follow in the event of a move?

You are the owner of a house that you are selling: you can notify us of your move by completing the form in your Customer Area in the "I report my move" section. Thank you for sending us the date of signature of the deed of sale, the contact details of the new buyers, the level of the tank gauge and your new address.
We will then contact the new owners to validate the signing of a contract in their name and proceed to close your account.

You are a tenant of an accommodation that you are leaving: you can notify us of your move by completing the form in your Customer Area in the "I report my move" section. We thank you for giving us the date of your departure from the premises, the contact details of the new tenants (if you know them), the gauge level of the tank and your new address.
We will then contact the new tenants to validate the signing of a supply amendment in their name and will proceed to close your file.
